Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 24 hours of working business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has been picked up by the delivery company. 

Deliveries in Accra, its environs and Tema, Ghana

Deliveries in and around Accra as well as Tema and Kasoa, would be made within 24 hours after receiving your order confirmation email, if received on Monday to Friday (before 8:30am). All orders received after 8:30am on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Deliveries outside Accra (Inter-regional Deliveries)

Inter-regional deliveries to areas outside Accra, will be made via Speedaf, VIP, STC or FedEX (or any other courier service) within 2 - 7 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. 

Pick ups

Orders can be picked up from any of our stores, please specify pickup location at checkout.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are still working on an affordable means of shipping internationally. Do send an email to orders@cityreadsbookstore.com before making and order if you are located anywhere outside Ghana.
